The Pennsylvania Air National Guard has six main bases across the state located in Coraopolis, Fort Indiantown Gap, Horsham, Johnstown, Middletown and State College. They perform eighteen unique missions training and preparing the citizen-airman to respond to the Governor of Pennsylvania for state emergencies or the call of the President in times of crisis.

Injury Death Benefits
Pennsylvania Air Guard members are eligible for Workers' Comp. The state also provides a stipend to spouses of Air Guard members killed in action while on state-summoned active duty. The children of Air Guard members also enjoy college tuition credit.
Pennsylvania Air Guard members have access to low-cost health insurance and free medical care for injury or disease sustained while on state-summoned active duty.
