When one of our Air National Guard aircraft suffers damage, it is critical we fix it and get it back in the air. Aircraft Structural Maintenance Specialists become master craftsman, using a variety of skills and toolsets, such as welding and metalworking equipment. You'll work with everything from metal to steel to synthetic polymers. You will be a key component in the efforts to maintain the structural integrity of these aircraft, including building and installing replacement parts. You'll make sure the Air National Guard air fleet remains safe, and mission ready.
